Bro Tourist, as for OCI matter, never ending arguement.
as I know, Malaysia SC - Proton, Honda, Toyota recomend 5000/7000/10,000km interval on oil.

for me, I stick to 5000km.. or when I don't like dark color oil or the engine sound rough n heavy..

The issue is, regardless of FS or Mineral, all OCI must be the same. There is NO such things as Synthetic can last longer rubbish.

If Mineral have to changed at 5K, then Synthetic must also be changed at 5K. If Synthetic can change at 10K, Mineral can also change at 10K. Period.

I prefers to use my head than follow the crowd. After all, it is my money and not theirs.

If fall apart after warranty, just hope there is a CPS halfcult lying around somewhere waiting to be found by me.....

My fc is min 340km with RM50 of fuel nowadays.
I uses either BHP or Caltex.
Moderate driving can return 400km but i dare not push to this limit as my route has few petrol station.
My route to work work is 80km so thats 160km min a day.
I cruise at 90kmh-100kmh.
Hard aggressive driving will return min 300km for RM50.
Super hard will return max 290km.

Now 30k mileage and tyre already down to 40%.
Better relaxed my driving style a little to give some time to save for new set of rubber.

No more training in near near future. In future future maybe got.
Tomorrow got briefing at Putrajaya but i ride shotgun with my colleague.

I dont need to try the 1.6 as i was tapau by it last time smile_tongue.gif
So, its better than my 1.3.
But, BLM 1.6 got no shove in the butt at 4400rpm....

If i do go for CPS halfcult, i will opt for the auto as my current engine and tranny can pull the body quite well but as we all feel with our ride.....its never enough.

Now i feel my brake cannot fulfill my stopping need.
Its fading after some hard braking.
Seems like the Yamamoto pad will hav to go soon.
Thinking of IMP....hmmm......

IMP rotors = good
IMP brake pad = no no no...

Go for RS pads.
