bout 50 bucks..25 each side...

1) Now another prob..steering box got leaking and im not satisfied with the free play..too much free play on the left , on the right is ok..told them to adjust the screw for the left side only, but they said its not possible..emmmm?????

Check with fren prado..them using steering rack..good response...wonder if isuzu can change to rack system

2) When using AT tyre like SILVERSTONE..i feel a bit of a harsh ride..is it bcoz of its compound? and it also raised up bout an inch..will it affect the stableness of the car..??..feels a bit wobbly..i just the balancing, alignment not yet done..

Did you put engine oil like 15W40 in gear box? You should.

mine ok so far..i used 15w/40 engine oil, info from the forum,,tq...but i use semi snythetic oil, just to try,,rasa halus, can feel the gigi gear..

next change, i want to try 15w/50 engine oil..wonder what it feels like..

- i think maybe 2 possibilities...1) the clutch adjustment . 2) the gear oil, maybe dah kurang...

Biasala bro ,problem, kadang kadang syok, kadang kadang rasa nak buang dlm lombong..hehee..sabar .sabar..

I bought myself a creeper, greasing and oil change by me now...

Before Raya ia also change , cross end bar ( for steer ), at front ,,damm expensive rm 450 for a rod..i thought i could less the free play , but ..naaahhh.....need to operate the steering box..plus its leaking anyway...

Make sure the 15W50 you wanted to use is Fully Synthetic. For 15W40, Mineral is perfectly fine.

in earlier post, some one mentioned the following

"engine oil 20W-50 for transmission and transfer case, 80W-90 GL-5 oil for rear axle oil"

so, which one should i use now?

Transmission case is where you shift the gear and I suggest may be you try 15w40. Axle is the 'ball' shaped thing at the rear joining the 2 rear wheels. Two different thing.
