Review For 2.0 Sx Forte?

I don't see anything wrong with the steering wheel design...
Does it gives problems during driving..?

1) Design not so good
2) Looks a bit awkward
3) Out-dated look

To me, driver got better view of the dashboard since unhindered...
Either it's practical or just the design looks boring...
Forte owners buy the car not because of the steering, but the full package...

to be frank, this car is every car buyer of B and C segment should consider. cant get myself to stop thinking about it. Black colour seems so good.

I need to tell myself to wait for 6 speed dual clutch. . after see fiesta spec, want the forte even more, hehe. To be frank, my fren test driven it to edge, and its TCS & ESP is really holding up.

i dunno why ppl concern 4 speed auto so much, but camry buyer got no worry about that, hehe.

now need to bring my wife to test drive, she still concerned about the slanted H (Honda) logo. They know nothing about cars anyway.

bro, 6spd maybe nt on forte right hand drive cos ThetaII got two type one is Dual VVT & single VVt.
Forte 2.0L Theta II single vvt if naza or kia CBU 2.4L is ThetaII with Dual VVT.
smilar i45 2.0l thetaII DUAL vvt with 6spd cos h/p 166.

Mine's grey. The bodykit ran out of stock probably many existing Forte 1.6SX & 2.0SX owners ordered them so that they could install bodykits too. Saw few SX on the road with similar bodykits too. My biggest concern is that the colour of my car might fade a lot by the time the bodykit available. Told to wait for a month. Some more my workplace is always dusty, sure get 2 tones colour later on.

ThetaII in Forte 2.0SX is considered Theta I+ as the supposed Theta II should have dual CVVT being made available in the facelifted 2008 Sonata NF that generates similar output/torque as current Sonata YF & Tucson. Theta II in Forte 2.0SX gets new tuning & enhanced air intake compared to original Theta I4 in Sonata NF.

In order to prevent Forte from challenging Lancer directly, it was not allowed to get 5-speed gearbox but adopted the same 4-speed gearbox on Sonata NF/Optima '07. The Avante 2011 too will not enter global market early due to same reason. That is why it is fitted with 1.6GDI for now and will only get the ThetaII dual CVVT + 6-speed gearbox much later, only after Lancer gets new dual MIVEC 4B11 + CVT next year.

If Avante 2011 with Theta II dual CVVT + 6-speed auto launch with multi-link rear being released by end of this year, it could harm Lancer GT sales badly as it could outrun the Lancer GT easily. Hyundai-Kia & Mitsu have pact not to harm each others' sales.

Talk to Naza salesman last week...he said Forte with 6-speed gearbox will arrived this Sept with same price tag & he asked me to hold my purchase. Wah!! if like that very good ma! Hope it's true.

Now difficult to make decision...Forte or new Avante or new Waja....

No news about Forte having 6-speed auto-gearbox yet...
In about 2 months time, there should be news about it already...
Unless they want to keep it as a secret...
