Next week my 2 cars is going in to for repairs and claims on pending parts now just made available after some parts waiting for more than a year! Thanks to GM's Malaysia country manager help to push the parts in.

Anyone still with claims or pending parts - better make your move fast b4 Cergazam give up very very soon!!!!
Don't be surprised when you send your car for service at PJ Cergazam - you dont see Chevrolet signboard any more and replaced with Ssangyong signboard - Let see if this is going to be true? Hope Not!

if u make claim from Naza Quest SC will it be faster? just wondering if they are playing games or what.

Do they have the expertise to do the job well, what if the job is done "half cooked"?
Heard alots of "half cooked" and "bone jobs" unsolved are pushed and throw back to Cergazam to solve.

Ya lo, maybe cergazam will focus more on VW.. By the way, no worries la, we can always drive up to Siam land for service..

A bit of good news! most probably Cergas will do service for our BM, those after warranty BMs - at their VW SC for us - Hope they do! At least we know they have the experience plp instead of letting our babe in bad hands!

I just sent my cap to PJ service center, they confirm, a month after now, it will be doing SsangYang.
I am now worry will Naza take over the warranty?

They are not doing Ssangyong - it is Ssangyong going to shift and take over their premises.
