Every single GPS tracker comes with GSM as communication tools. Pocket and cheap GSM jammer is available and around for years, For a smart thieve it is a very simple to block any communication of GSM device inside the car, pry open the car without any intrusion warning to the owner. Be carefull do not rely 100% on your GPS tracker even it cost you 10K. Thank
