emm...mine almost reach 40k (EXS 2.0)...2 most likely projects on my Rondo:

1. Look for new tyre of 16" size
205/60R16
eq: Continental CC5 - RM990/set Quick-Save Hari Raya Promotion (Aug 11)

2. change my rim to 17"and look for a " 17" tyre

Hi guys,

Just to share that I have replaced my old tyres with Neuton NT8000 based on some research and recommendation of existing users.

To my surprise, the result is not too bad for the amount of money I paid. It is quiet and comfortable, the dry gripping is very good as well. Haven't got the chance to test the wet grip effect. After installation, I felt that the steering is a little heavier, which I like anyway.

Price I paid is RM265 per pcs for 215 55 17.

Definitely recommend to any owner with budget constraint.

Now Im using conti cc5, at the moment I like it (silent on the road). Still got problem on both my rear tyres/wheel. They tend to 'haus' quickly than the front ... just in abt 4++ months. I ask my mech friend whether is it absorber related problem but he says maybe it got to do with alightment. If you look at it, both tyres wears just like vehicles that carried heavy loads regulary on the rear section. Another friend suggested to get a check on the rear wheels legs. Any experience my fellow rondorian?
