Strange - the cooling fan doesnt shut off even after ignition shut down and key removed.
Need to pull fuse to turn off.
Any suggestions for fix or workshop to resolve?
Thanks.

Bro,
This is normal.
My previous 146 boxer and ZX and even my Ninja ZX6 also behave the same.
This thing happened when temp is a bit higher.
The fan will keep on running to bring down the temp. Maybe 3-4 minit.
Normally conti car will have this function. Donno abt Japs.

the fan runs for a few minutes then it is normal. there is a relay to control and cut the supply when coolant temperature drops accordingly.
but should the relay is faulty, the fan will run continuosly until the battery goes flat. and engine cannot be cranked/started. check first the fan goes for how long.
