I was at Sunway Pyramid and saw the new M5. Not bad, nice body with wavy curvature lines, very aerodynamic. The frontal looks like the rest of the Mazda family, with the fierce look and nice eagle eye type of headlights. It still maintains the 6+1 Karakuri seat concept like the previous version. The ergonomic of the dashboard has improved also. This new version has the traction control button. Only 1 set back is there is no rear aircond vent. The old model has that, how come the new version does not?? Consumers buying MPVs are particular that the 3rd row seat has aircond. Even the 2nd row aircond comes from the central console. Hope Bermaz can improve on the lead time for the car.

Aircond system are same as previous Mazda5, no changes but has enlarged on compressor size, there are aircond vents from dashboard and floor console aircond vents for rear passenger.

I believe it is not a complete new model changed, isn't it ? Same chasis, old engine. Correct me if I am wrong. Cheers.

I Agree with you. But its a fresh new look exteriorly and interiorly. Nowadays a lot of car companies are doing this.
Even big ones like toyota and VW. Too much money to R&D if everything is gonna be new. I have been an avid
admirer of Mazda cars all this while. Went and saw the car in real time as well. Looks really good as a family car.
But Peugeot's 5008 offers a lot of gadget for the similar price. At the end of the day, i will still choose Mazda as it is
still a more reliable brand.
