80k?? wah.. below the forte2.0 price wor...
V6 somemore...

Even if its powered by a V6,u wont get a mad rush when accelerating.
Its a very calm and composed vehicle.
It can hide its speed very well to.
So expect lots of saman.

On the production issue,
there are lots of unsold Perdana not becoz the gov still buy them.
The G hav stop buying vehicle.
Lets face it,out G is out of money and they hav stop buying new vehicle not too long ago and imposed lots of cost cutting measure to save money.Just like in 97.

Hi All,

I wonder why the GB of PERDANA is always the subject. Many people has kena this boomb and even my friend warm me to stay away from the secondhand pv6 coz he said most of the PV6 in the dealer sure got problem with GB. So questions:

1. Is it because the GB is incompatible with V6 engine ? > design issue?
2. owner did not change to GB oil within the specify period?
3. workshop put some non-ori oil into the GB and owner suffer?
4. reliability issue?

Any PV6 owner there to share your first hand experience? Thanks

One of my friend bought a PV6 during 2005 till now after 5 years mileage clock 110000KMs , he don't face any GB problem, the condition is to install ATF cooler and then change the ATF every 20,000KM.....experience from him laa....just 2 cents....
