sight...am fighting a losing battle here smile_disapprove.gif stone chips and road tar seems to tarnish my ride. Not to mentioned everyday raining also render my wash efford down the drain. smile_dead.gif

Stone chips, dings, those $&!@?#% scratch from inconsiderate passersby, etc. can't really be avoided, only can be minimise with driving, parking, etc. habits.

Road tar can be easier to remove once you polished and have a nice coat of protection.

Rain...well...it's not really practical to wash every day (for most of us), but with a nice coat of wax/sealant, washing most of the dirt off would be easier.

A well maintained car is easier to clean and restore as oppose to a neglected one.

Maintenance is always challenging, but don't let it take out the fun from detailing. trink28.gif trink28.gif

Agreed.
Once your paint is protected, weekly wash with proper shampoo will do.
No need to wash everyday, unless you went through mud and all that......
