Enjoy the ride, comfort and handling.

I've driven the 1.4L before, it lacks power but the handling is there, plus it's comfort and nice to drive. When in winding road, the 1.4L does lose out at all. We have few 1.4L during convoy, and they were really fast in corners but also stable and comfortable; When you see from behind, you can see how stable the car is taking the corner as compared to others. And that's a stock 1.4L with 14" rim and stock tyres! Amazing smile_thumbup.gif

i know andy , i really love tackling corners with this car. i know what you mean it feels very stable and no matter how hard you push it, its still planted on the ground

if only we could increase the acceleration it would be a dream. the only thing thats holding it back from being a really good car is the pick up and gearchanges (ive soft reset my gearbox lots of time).
wonder must be damn fun to drive the 2.0 or 1.6 versions smile_thumbup.gif

I think the 1.6L is very good already; The 2.0L is a bit overkill especially when driving around City, hardly utilize and not much different with a 1.6L when driving around City. Got chance maybe you can consider upgrade to 1.6L engine (legal), but you'll need to upgrade the brakes as well.
The gear changes, not much you can do about it unless you use tiptronic most of the time or change to manual box smile_big.gif

Do drive safe and enjoy the ride.
