Guys/Gals,
Becareful if you are using Jelutong ( Penang ) road during the mid day or evening.
My friend's car was blocked, window smashed and driver beaten with helmets just because he try to avoid hitting into a motorcycle when it came out from nowhere.
If you see a red/pink motorcycle with plate no. PFK 4196, please help to report his location to the nearest police station.

But it seems very rampant in Penang, because heard of a few stories like this already......

OK. When I see this red/pink bike wit hthis plate I'll run him down and drag the rider under my car for 3 rounds on Penang Island. Then we'll check see what is left....

Smart move :
1. Make a police report.
2. Follow up with the IO.
Heroic Move :
1. Ask any of your buddy in JPJ or Police and check the owner address.
2. Stag him once you confirm his location and the "actual" person.
3. Run like hell.
Either you do it or just drop it with wait and see attitude.
