My CFE bold is a weekend car, maybe tis is why I detected this problem later than u.. My mileage reads close to 6k km only.
Hmm... really dun know wat to say la, dude.. Understand how u feel.. Also, everytime when the car came back from SC for this
shit problem (two weeks), sure got some minor scratches here & there and also dirty finger print at the roof liner...
As I was saying, they didn't assure me anything, but juz inform me that the latest OCV valve now been installed into my CFE
was at least hope there.. all the best, bro..

Bro, looks like I'm going to have another ocv change for the 3RD TIME!!! As mention to me, this was the latest version of OCV
valve, but doesn't seems to solve the problem.. As usual, after the OCV replacement, mileage reads not even 2k.. Really disappointed!!

What is the symptom of faulty OCV? ... Is it engine die off during idling?

What is the symptom of faulty OCV? ... Is it engine die off during idling?

At times, during idling engine is not consistent. Engine timing going up around 200 rpm abt second. Sometimes engine like
going to die off when idling & engaging to reverse gear. Haven't experience engine die off yet, but I think its coming again like the previous two OCV replacement.
After the 2nd replacement, I used the EB not even 2k mileage, now faulty again..

I think we should bet who will get the problem resolve earlier.

After the 3rd replacement, I get the problem again after 400KM. Now it is 1100km after replacement and the problem getting worst. Have to go back to proton lah. I going to the east coast this raya.

WTF... I was hoping they resolve your problem. Juz runs for 400km, problem came back?? Hopeless... after 25 years, Potong
is still the same - "tidak apa attitude"
So, when u said getting worst, means that more frequent engine stalls?? Observe any other problem?? Really felt cheated &
disappointed, imagine 7 months ownership of this SHIT, 1.5 month sits in the workshop.. Became a laughing stock liao..

yes... replace with new unit.

next service going to claim for right rear light, malfunction after i replace the left rear light... lol
