I have this beautiful RR but the 6 cylinder BMW diesel engine is giving me a lot of heartache. It takes ages to start when its warm. Every now and then it will overheat and ever since I had the head gasket changed, the power is not what it used to be.

Now, does anybody out there knows a mechanic who can mate a japanese engine onto the existing auto gearbox, probably a Toyota 1KZ? many thanks.

I dunno about diesel engines.

I'm driving a P38, converted to Toy's 1JZ engine. Toy g-box with LR t-case.

Willing to go that route?
