New Kelisa,
I got the V70 from Yap Brothers for RM 77K, Year 2001, 1 owner, HP rate at
3.45% for 5 years from Public. I know the price seems a bit high but I got
a very good deal to trade in my PV6 (Year 2001-Enhanced) for RM 67K. (I
checked with other used car dealer and they offer below RM 60K). Besides, I
have viewed 2 other V70 and this is the newest and best condition I have
seen so far. Probably you can find better deal since the price seems to
drop further.
If you are keen, there is a unit which is still advertised in the Star
claims to be tip top condition with number plate BXX 5. I called up the
broker who claims to sell the car for a Datuk and the best price he offered
through the phone is RM 69K with a new registration number since the datuk
take back the no. 5. I did'nt viewed this unit as I already concluded the
deal and I'm running out of time as my PV6 road tax & insurance expires in
Aug and it will cost me another RM 3K if I miss the dateline.
I think you should give this 'Datuk Car' a try since he claim that the car
is so good and always parked in the garage and therefore no problem with
sticker knobs often found in Volvos.
Good luck.

Hi Kenlairk,
Eventhough the V70 is older compared to my PV6, but it is more solid, safe
and smoother to drive. Yes I am also Volvorine in VOCM and hope to meet you
there...Bloody Volvo Driver.
