Toyota usually tops best seller in ASEAN countries, no surprise,
there's "demand" for it around.

You can check with most of the insurance companies. Some have even declined
to insure such a model. Some would ask you to install state of the art
security system before they consider insuring.

I wonder what is their "benchmark" for state of the art security system.

i have same problem. lost my t.wish two months ago. very susah, no car to
use after that. after buying a new wish, insurance co says i must put in
vguard with gps tracking. also, give me good insurance rate. hey, not
bad. the program from vguard also very good. understand kurnia, arab
insurance, maybank, hong leong, maa, multipurpose, also use vguard as
standard as it is reliable, and in the market for long time. you should
check it out.

Sorry about your Wish. I'm on Captor too. Anyway, for the Captor owners info, if you have not
receive the invoice for the yearly payment after 1 year, you better call them up. Don't think that if
you do not receive the invoice, they will still track your car. They do not even bother to call you
to find out if you want to continue or chase payment. Typical of them. Did not receive the invoice
and when I called them to find out what happened, they claim that they have already send the
invoice and assume that all is well.

As a business entity, would you not want to find out why your customers do not respond to your
invoice? According to them, if no payment is received 7 days after the expiry, no more tracking
and if you want to continue, pay another $50.00 for connection fee. Wonder how to make money
with this kind of attitude? Sigh!

understand from insurance co that toyota has got good demand and selling
price in thailand and indonesia. most stolen cars go there. after i put
in vguard gps, my insurance company berjaya insurance have no problem. or
else they won't insure. some even increase premium on wish insurance.
spend 2k and save a lot of problems.
