Hi cyang81 and hasher,

Frankly, I don`t think there is any so call best type of security for
cars nowadays as car theivies are getting smarter and braver in some way.
Well the only thing we can do is to try to install something new in the
market which are still new to theivies and also take good precausion
while driving, at carparks, before/after u reached home and for minor
accident try not to stop and get out of ur car and act as if u are a
kungfu teacher, dangerous and not worth it, two of my friends had got
caught unaware(One BMW X5 and lately One New Camry ~ 1 and parking(Got
slashed and another fake accident(got wollap on the head)and both car
were GONE.

Coming back to ur enquiry about "GSM".
It is an Alarm system combine with a signal sending device which receive
instruction form any phones and also able to transmit situation/location
of the "stolen car" to the owner, it can also override the ignition to
stop the hickjacked car by a call, locked/armed, unlocked/disarmed while
the owner is k of km away. one of the brand is IES Alarm system others no
information yet.

Another extra gadgets is the clutch, brake and ignition lock(manual) and
brake and ignition lock(auto) add to some security, one thing no
guarantee, depend who`s the theivies are,

One more to go is the anti hijack device which the car will stop after a
couple of mins if the "switch" is more than 1 foot away from the device.

Hope the above did not bore u bothTongue

rgdsSmileany further enquiry don`t hesitate to post, will try best to ans.

Yes cyang81, GOOD! Go to the expert/installer/dealer, they will let u
know more of their merchandise, I am using one myself that's why I
recommend it. If u are from KL and the one u know is in Sri Kembangan,
it's a bit expensive there, try accessories shop, check the price 1st.
