Like Drex and others and I am sure many DIY's before and after.. I am in
the market for an Adjustable FPR, my personal choice will be the FSE model
because;
a) it is adjustable
b) it is a booster
c) it has a pressure gauge fitting
d) they have a kit specifically for my vehicle type
There is no downside to this besides the price that I can see, yet the
price is actually less than many other Billet types which may look better,
yet don't function any better. Yes it only has a max bar of 3.5 (but need
to confirm this with them directly). This however is not a bad thing
because; my Car is normally 3 Bar and therefore 3.5 is about max
adjustment for me to help sort out a slight lean condition I have, in the
easiest and cost efficient way.
It has taken a bit of effort to research this so will share with you (and
hope you add to it) the list of FPR makers I found:

If I (or you) am really doing Mods that require so much extra fuel, the
FPR is not really the place to look, the actual injectors are, increasing
the pressure too much on stock injectors is not advisable, for one thing
you could get "pulsing" in the fuel rail, and then you'll be looking at a
more expensive fuel rail damper and fuel rail to sort it out and more
importantly, your spray pattern will be off and you will not get the
atomization required for an efficient burn (more pressure will cause a
longer spray cone and will hit the piston head before it can dissipate to
a fine mist, or simply create a poor spray cone).. which like most things
explains why there are more than 1100 injector models from Bosch alone;
and a look at a partial list of companies who make fuel injectors..: (also

The moral of the story is, don't try to over amp your fuel pressure too
much to the injector, if you have a good reason to do so, look at about
a .5 bar increase max, beyond that look at a 5th injector or upgrading
your injectors which may cause you to actually reduce your Bar pressure
which is when your adjustable FPR with a gauge will be very handy indeed ;-
)
Other places to look for causes of flat spots related to fuel is most
obviously Injector service.. have yours been serviced professionally ever?
or possible fuel starvation can be the fuel pump, fuel filter and the
electrical supply to the fuel pumps under load.
