Good question, but even in England they are just starting to line up for
them.. think you will have to wait some time .. but you could always check
with Euromobile .. (sorry I don't even know where they are located),
perhaps Euromobile would order you one specially right from Germany.. no
idea how that works..

Peace

Guys,

Estimated CIF:
RM60100.80
RM84141.12 (170% Import Duty) (for the Golf 1.6FSI [A])
RM144241.92 (Subtotal)
RM14424.19 (Sales Taxe)
RM158666.11 (total - estimated).

Isk

PS: this is based on the pre-2004 tax structure - not too sure how the new
excise duty is calculated on top of the import duty which is supposedly
reduced. But I guess this only applies to AFTA sourced cars which the Golf
is not.

PPS: Perhaps Enteri can correct me or enlighten me.

highly praised worldwide....

Come to think of it, the Mk5 GTi would not cost more than the BMW 1series
2.0litre.

BUT the Audi A3 2.0 or 1.8T will cost MORE than the BMW1Series 2.0litre.
