my fren in SG, the whole kit comes from HKS, all bolt on light pressure turbo abt 170hp and an intercooler can get 200hp

If you can get some details from your friend, it will be very much appreciated as I'm living in SG at the moment.
I would really like to know where he got it and the price.

Hi guys,
Im new to the forum..was looking around to join a SSS club but cant seem to find one.
I just got my SSS (MT) last week. All i can say is..its a freaking good car! I bought it without test driving it smile.gif Its handling is the best part about the car. Grips like nobody's business and you can just floor the pedal when taking corners.
On the straight its not super fast but for a 1.6 its quite decent. But it makes up for it at the corners.
FC is also on the good side..So far i managed to get roughly about 12km/l or in $$ terms i get about 65km for every $10

After 1 week of having the car i can summarize it as follows:
Pros: excellent handling, good FC, comfortable seats, good safety features (6 airbags, ABS, EBD), aircond is super cold, nippy
Cons: boot space quite small, run flat tires (cons when u want to change them cos its gona be expensive)

If you plan to get one, get the manual..its alot more fun. and besides its 5 speed, the auto is only 4 speed.
But so far i have no complaints about the car. yes, its a bit expensive compared to lets say a Honda City or Vios but those cars are just too common and just too boring to drive. Read all the reviews in the net and I can safely say that it gets a 4/5 all the time, if not more. Even Jeremy Clarkson gave it 4 star smile.gif

Cheers!

Guys,

Come Sept 1, we will be spending more $$$ on the SS. You need to pour RON 97 and it will not be "appropriate" to use the normal RON 95. FYI, recommended fuel is RON 98.
A lot of potential buyers will need to think twice b4 they buy the SS. smile_blackeye.gif

Only the Swift Sport 1.6 CBU models run on higher octane. I believe the owners won't mind paying a little higher coz they are paying around 100K for the car. Important thing their babies run healthy
SS CKD can gulp on RON 95 no problem at all coz minimum is 91
