Well.. I been drive for more 15 years and this Persona is my second
car... I've been drive many type of brand local, Japanese, Korean,
European even right and left handed car... I just want to share with you
all guys the problem that I couldn’t find from my persona where its been
highlight in here so badly …

1. Power window: work so good all the widow work very well
2. Fuel gauge: The needle can hit until to the maximum... no problem.
3.Air cond : So cool indeed.
4. Sound proof: Good ... compare to the Toyota Haire
5. The engine too noise... no... It’s not happened to me...
6. Nyek-nyek sound from the rear seat: not at all
7. Steering Vibration while speeding more that 100km: So stable good...
8. Front absorber: no sound from the both absorber
7. Reverse sensor sound too low: for me its find and just enough
8.HU unit: can read all my CDR-W Cd ...
9. Space: it better compare to the altis (made in Thailand)
10. Perfomance: I give 9/10
11. Value for money? yes..
12. FC : well not bad … 5.8 to 6.7 /100km still acceptable for the 1.6
auto car.


Well thanks to Proton for the good quality car , this model is the best
model so far compare from the previous one , I think Proton its different
now , new management with the new approach , they not chasing for the
number of the sales now , the quality should come in parallel .. I think
this will be their benchmark .

I will not say this car is 100% perfect .. even another brand of car also
have a problem here and there, it normal and its life … some of the
complaint was come from the owner and some came from by listening from
other ( this is the worse thing )

Well be neutral .. I admit under previous management the reputation of
this car is too bad .. this is just my humble opinion to this car , to
the new potential buyer outside there which are still blur about the
quality and the performance of this car … I will say that… get this car
coz it worth for your money…

hammohd, many people will disagree what you have say, but I agree,
because I own a Waja 2007 Auto, never giv any problem to me so far, runs
perfect now almost 1year old already, I can say RM60K for a Waja worth it
lohh...

You are very lucky, but me, not so lucky. Here are the problems I faced

1. After few hundreds KM, you can hear squeaking sounds from front and
back of the car. Furthermore, you can hear knocking sounds from the front
on uneven roads.

2. The balancing is out the minute i drive the car out from the dealer, I
have to send the car to EON service twice, then it gets better. Cost me $$

3. The engine is noisy especially if you drive more than 90km per hour

4. High fuel consumption compare to my Waja 1.6.

5. Power window not working well.

The car design is beautiful but unfortunately, the quality is not up to
my expectation. With the high petrol price, I sort of regret getting this
car.

I will place my bet on any other car maker but a Proton.

The parts supplied to them are suspiciously still of an inferior quality.
Time will tell on this.

Until and unless they (Proton) can prove they can make quality cars,...I
will say "NO TO PROTON".

Hi,

I just bought the car for about a week now. First things first. Negative
side of this car.

1. Eeek eek(how you spell this?) sounds coming from rear. I've heard
numerous complaints from persona owners on this faulty, very annoying
indeed. Heads up proton!!!(and I've made complaint too).

2. Burnt smell from the engine and even the aircond when I first switch it
on.(I've read from the other thread, they say this is normal, really?)

3. Fuel sucking machine

Having said that, let's hear the positive side about this car.

1. Spacious and elegant design(for me it is).
2. Large trunk!
3. 4 cups holder
4. Foldable rear seats.
5. Adjustable front seat.
6. Has engine cover.
7. Good sound proof.

To sums up, I'm pretty satisfied with this car and will give 7/10.
