My wira credentials not as high as you guys but still here goes:
1997 with 165000 km on the clock, carbs version, replaced power window
regulators 12 times ( all 4 windows 3 pusingan), changed roof, bonnet and
door skins, now can see 3 to 4 rust spots at the boot, will wait until
they look like volcanoes just about to erupt then will change boot, then
can become old car with new skin, gti console with momo race steering and
gear knob but the place where the clock should be oredi broken, now can
see aircon ductings behind dashboard, two tone colour (grey/black)
coolmax seat cover (car interior looks a bit sporty), front skirt a must
or else the old wira looks tame, running on 14" tyres with apm performax
shocks. The ads says 'Flatten all bumps' but using it I feel it should
read 'Flatten your bum'. Very hard and makes u feel like sitting on shock
amplifiers. The good side is less body roll during hard cornering. And
after all those years, when I look at the car, it still look nice (to my
eyes la...)

Mine is the 1st model - year 1994. Even the rear lights are the old designs
one. Clocked most probably 300K++km as one time the meter gone faulty and
just replace recently. Now clocking at 18705km. Like a new car huh? :P
Replacement parts are easy to find and cheap. Repaired the popular wira
roof issue early this year for rm500. Whole body need new paint.
Thus everything else, perrrfect. Just use to commute from home to office
but for long distance, my car aint giving any issues. Got my honda last
week but nothing beats the feel of driving a fully paid car.:)
Running on standard 13" donut rims. Hopefully i can pass this car to my son. :P
