common sense, never ride you leg on the brake during cornering. Brake
before turning-in and control the throttle during cornering. I found this
method works well for me in turn 1 after the pit straight:
at about 150kph, brake at the 150m mark, drop gear to 3rd, engine brake a
little to maintain the rpm, then release the brake just before you turn
your steering (around 60kph), accelerate moderately and use the throttle
to control the line, up shift to 4th. Turn 2, drop to second. Then
upshift until 5th just before turn 4. 2nd, uphill. Up shift to 4th just
before turn 5, steady (you could probably doing 110 kph here), maintain.
There comes turn 6 and 7 all in 4th. Keep left durig turn 7. Drop to 3rd,
before turning into turn 8, at the apex, drop to 2nd, then upshift until
the 150m mark. repeat.
Please share.

just add something...this i do it in SSO,
corering..try to use weight tranfer for fast and effective.....
Hill teo..is a must went attacking cornering, or LFB....
always rev untill your rev cut....then change gear for more power...ans
smooth ride..(but my car dun have rev cut)
remember, a fast car will always do ...slow in fast out, and also maiting
smooth drive for beeter grip and not ..Whack your car..to swing here and
there....you will lost your time even your tyre as well..
AWYC!!!!!!!......i want to you you all in SSO5 next year.
==========================================================================
apparently i did experiment with certain techniques there la...but i
found the LFB method very convincing because of FF understeering, during
the 2 fast 's' type corners...i did not change gear, the grip was
sufficient for the car and its understeering badly...a few hard jabs
during the mid corner corrected the understeer, this is proven by thomas
who was behind me when i used LFB..IMHO,if used correctly it will go
faster in corners..
sean,i can't handle AWYC any longer becoz for the following 3 months i'll
b damn bz...i'll try to enter sso5 though,i'm sorry but i can't enter the
SSO4 n bfgoodrich event,on the eve of SSO4 my dad suffered from mild
heart problem and i have to send him to hospital at 3am..i wasn't doing
my best either on the cct coz i was worried bout him, then today he juz
undergoe bypass operation which means for the following three months 'll
be running all his work for him and my family
hope to join u guys other time,i've contacted reuben to ask him discuss
with u

sorry to hear that, Good Luck buddy!!
Anyway, regardng to your technique, it's true that LFB can correct the
understeering problem... as long as the car has enoughtraction and enough
power to handle it... for example 4th gear full throttle with LFB at the
turn 6 and turn 7 (the big S you described).

i onli encountered problems on the first two corners from the
track...goin to fast mebbe...but if follow racing line+understeer...its
just enuf to land u right on the red and white side of the track before
the 2nd corner...this means i have insufficient time to set up for the
2nd corner as i'm goin too fast...in that case LFB is either totally
useless on the first corner or i'm totally useless on controlling the car
did make a mistake by jabbing too much on my third lap causing my car to
fishtail a bit on the 2nd corner
