He come to the scene by sponsoring a sub forum. but he sounds like owning
the whole place. He is rude and arrogant. worse, he just does not know
where to stop. His confidents has blinded him for his own good. but no
one is telling him this. sigh. (hahaha.)

Judging from their post, it is easy to describe Autochild as arrogant.
Last Sunday, I was at their workshop, met the person who is running the
workshop and I can vouch that they are not the rude type nor arrogant.
Judging from the style of writing in the forum, perhaps AC is a bit brash
but as to the claim that they are arrogant, I think that is up to
individuals to decide as certain people measures certain things in their
own way.

They don't claim to be able to fix things that they can't. As AC had
described elsewhere, they mainly do preventive maintenance. Nobody needs
to be an Alfa specialist in order to diagnose the well being of your air
cond system. The same for engine flushing, injectors cleaning, gear box
flushing etc. Those are what Autochild offers. I doubt if AC can fix
certain problems involving actuators etc but then AC has never made such
claims and in fact, they will tell you what they can do or can't. No
bullshits.

I don't go to the specialist workshop when all I need is just an oil
change. I used to send my car to a certain Alfa specialist to get things
done even when I had problem with the air cond but I stopped sending my
car there as they failed to fix the problem and what pissed me off was
their refusal to communicate properly with me. The same workshop also
cheated me once over an oil changed. I brought my own 5 litres of lube but
I forgot to inspect the dipstick when I took the car. Only did that when I
reached home and to my horror, they did not change the oil at all! Yes, I
am experience enough to tell how the oil should look like after running
for 10 km. So much for my faith in this particular Alfa specialist!

Nevertheless, it is a fact that there are many (very) good and honest
workshops specialising on Alfa Romeo cars.

I went to AC to get a diagnosis on my aircond and was charged RM49. I took
the report generated by the equipment used by AC and used it to talk to my
usual aircond mechanic. The report enabled the mechanic to zoom into the
problem and it was fixed in no time. That to me is a peace of mind knowing
that I do not have to leave my car and not having to dreadfully thinking
that the condensor or the compresor bla bla ble needed to be replaced. For
this kind of thing, you do not need to go to workshops specialising in
Alfa Romeo and to be fair to Autochild, they only offer what they can
provide. No bullshits.

Reading AC`s responses here reminded me of `munyuei`..! In one hand they
want to be well received, and on the other hand they are damaging it!

See how other workshop owners respond and behave here...you will know
what i mean.

Hhhmmm Brightenit...while you may be right...but out of curiousity..you
became a member since 7 Sept 2005...maybe you are here just to repair the
damage done by AC or...you may be AC! This is fun!

Suaz164, what I wrote there is no bullshits. All the facts are genuine. I
still have the aircond report mentioned above, I am driving a 146 1.6 and
my aircond has been fixed by another workshop (not by AC as AC only
diagnosed it). I am not AC. Just a customer that received a particular
service from them.

The fact that I became a member since 7 Sept 2005 is something that is
against me? Come on ! I am not here to slam anyone but it is nice to be
doubted like that by people like you. Thank you.

suaz164,

What I suggest is you take a drive down to AC and observe or speak to him
what his business does. That's all that is needed.

AC didn't claim to be any SPECIALIZED workshop offering SPECIALIZED
services to ALFA ROMEOs. He does what he specializes in.. MAINTANENCE and
not MAJOR REPAIRS.

thanks, but no man, suaz164 is not welcome at Autochild, his pompous Alfa
inflated ego wouldn't fit through our doors anyhow.

AC, I appreciate that it is your right to opt not to welcome certain
individuals. I somehow think that is not the right approach. Let everyone
feels free to walk in and see for themselves and it is better to ignore
any skirmishes in this forum. It is just not worth it.

Suaz164 had also written negatively about me but I will not take it so
seriously. I am sure that if you dig deep, dig really deep, dig dig dig
all the way to other side of the world, you will find a nice a guy there.
And, it is still worth it not to be seriously offended by dude like him.

Emotion is not something to be wasted freely.

Brightenit,

AC has an attitude problem...from his postimg we all can see that. How he
responded really entertain me...it keeps me smiling anyway!

And many apology if I did offended you. Now I see that you realised that
AC has double faces. I doubt you must be confused with his attitude at
the workshop and how he projected himself here.
