Popcorn, Satria GTI can gets easily smoke by wiralution or mod Satria with
Vr4 or Mivec. The cost is cheaper and have a higher bhp. Itu recaro seats
boleh dapat kat kedai potong.

This is a summary from the New & Used Car Review forum on Hyundai Getz:
Popcorn Sure or not... Getz can do sub 10 sec from 0-100 kph...??
even Camry 2.4 is 10.4 and Accord 2.4 is 10.3 and the BMW 318 Valvetronic
2.0 is 9.3 secs.. 1.6 Korean Getz can go that fast???? Hard to
believe...
Forum contributor replied me: According to the brochure, the claimed 0-100
figure for the 1.6 Getz is
9.6 sec. That was what impressed me. It is a small car, so the power to
weight ratio must be good.
So.. satria 1.6 no match even to the Getz????? 9.6 seconds on auto
tranny???

Any modded vehicle can smoke any stock variant of that vehicle. For the
GTi.. u save the hassle of some real heavyweight mods. Like if u put in
bigger engine, obviously other "big" items must go in too..like brakes,
suspension, yada, yada, yada... and not to mention the headaches too when
things go terribly wrong.
Think for a stock GTi.. well if ur demand is not astronomical.. think
it's a good bang for buck..
And yes, have seen, drove some real nasty, modded GTis that can smoke a
lot of other cars without really compromising that much on control and
handling.

Actually a stock standard GTi would be much better than any mod wiralution
or satria.
Apart from the better handling you have...
1. PEace of mind. Harry knows what is "longgar" in that mod car.
2. No need to spend time in workshop fixing this and that.
3. IF you get smoked by one of these junks, they put their lives in
danger whenever they smoke u.
4. People look at mods cars with no respect. People look at Gti with
respect. Unless of course the observer is also an ah beng.
:-) No offense, I once had a heavy mod car, i know how it feels.

no offence , but i look with no respect on a gti , evetime when i travel to
hartamas , i would get tiong by some stupid gti driver , not once not twice
but several times aready .
about the v6 conversion , i seriously would say its not worth it if u
really hate troublesome , v6 engine has higher price workmanship & longer
process when changing your parts . to take out the spark plugs , u have to
take out several things example the manifold and some other stuff just to
get the plugs out . short term it will be joyable ride , long term u`ll get
sick of it hehe , just giving out my opinion .
