foock : Do you mean that I just need to take out the current engine from
my Wira and just put in the Evo engine without any modifications to the
mountings ?? What gearbox are you using ?

hello guys,
To those who have transplanted Evo 1/2/3 engine into their Wira, do you
need to modify the mountings on the Wira or is it everything fitting and
can go in just like that without modifying anything ?
Yes..
Whats the different between Evo 1/2/3 besides the horsepower and torque ?
Engine internals like pistons, cam profile, turbine, etc.
If you lock the 4wd gearbox to 2wd, is there any problem with it ? I
heard that when you boost, can hear some noise from the gearbox ?
Nope.. Lots of folks have done it. Just make sure your mechanic/tuner
knows what he's doing..

evo123 no need to modify mouting.......!!!!! because evo is same mouting
as wira, after then evo4 change chasis aready to WAJA
VR4 is for iswara not for wira.that why the mouting is not the same.
most of them choose GSR because is newer and EVO is damn expensive. cost
10++ per halfcut.... GSR only 5k
and there is so much vr4(2k++) running around because it is cheeper and
more powerful, u have to feed jpj alot if u change mouting.(1-2k)
one more point ... i think u had to change gearbox for evo engine.
if u need for more info go http://www.zerotohundred.com ...page for SDF.
mitsubushi EXPERT. and walking turbo dictonary.
