My 2002 Wira A/B comes with V-Kool and I can tell you there's MUCH
difference compare to a car w/o it. Esp hot sunny days, my other car w/o V-
Kool has finger-&-palm-burning steering!

Thinking of putting VK to this car but windshield is cracked Frown ...

Compare to other brands, no comment lah thou Wink ...

hi all,

is VKool elite is VK75 all around?

i have few questions here... for a car let say Toyota Vios, tint with VK70
all around in VK authorized distributor, what will be the cost?

I tint a Vios at a cost of RM$1700 for VK70 all around but the warranty
card told me it is VKool Elite.

I just want to confirm this VK elite term. If it is not VK70, I think i
better take some action to that installer.

Thanks for help.

Just went to Vkool HQ in PJ. VK70 is same as VK Elite. For city/jazz/BMW 3
series RM1800, iswara/wira/waja RM1700 (coz it's national brand so better
pricing). Where did you do your Vios? The lady at the HQ says RM1800 is
final. Price is not negotiable. But my car salesman says he can get RM1600
for VK 70 installed at VK Loke Yew branch... Mmmm... funny...

Kristalbond seems good but heard they don`t guarantee against scratches.
Also can`t do on Honda City rear screen due to the size of the demister
wires. Will create glaring at night due to uneven application. So KB says
they recommend not to do but will go ahead if customer insist. Test it at
the HQ in Shah Alam. Quite impressive on IR heat rejection - 90%. But
think V-kool still better as it rejects 96% IR. Also holds the glasses in
place if crack. KB will shatter. But good point is that liquid application
will be crystal clear and no bubbling/peeling.

Hi all,
I had wrote in other trades regarding the pricing of Vkool. I had
suggested to any brand new car buyer to install the tinting (Vkool)
through the saleman. It is cheaper than dealing strait to Vkool HQ. I
had done mine, bigger saloon car, with cheaper price, installed at HQ PJ
but trough SA.

Yep. That's what my salesman says also... Thanks for verifying it,
BSDriver. I think I'll go for Vkool, but heard Huper Optik is comparable.
Any comments?

Now got Rike Cool. Cheaper than V-kool. Also HO seems to be dying out.
