Hi Guys,
I have to agree that having the Transmission Cooler gives me a better
gear change. I got mine in Jun 05 from Dieselpage.com and the price is
much lower than it is having now on the web but nevertheless the current
price is still cheaper than what we are getting in Malaysia. I only paid
US$50 for the Hayden 678. It is a metal made cooler and the ones that are
selling locally are the aluminium fin-type which is not as durable. In my
opinion, it is definately a solid investment and it will last you a life
time. On top of that, I have also "grounded" my gearbox and the ride is
fantastic.
Cheers

This is one of better mod to consider for a vehicle. Main reason I did it
is that in event of a radiator failure, chances of the ATF fuid temp
going higher will be less as there is a additional cooling capacity than
stock setup. I did mine inline and still goes through the stock cooling
coil. Alternatively, you can decouple the cooling coil completely from
the radiator cooling coil setup.
