Guys,
Just tinted my car yesterday. Took the tx2 with IRR 66.2% cost me $400 at
the place for all 10 panels. Value for money. At Brothers they have Sun-
good and V-good but don't cover the front screen. Now have to wait 48 hrs
until I can wind down the window. Can feel the different, less radiation
into car & less air-con usage.

Yo!! happy to hear u got good quality tint films. Rike Cool actually is
veli good and accepted by Volvo as their offcial films!!!
For those who are interested intinted films,,i recommend u all dun go for
those chip kai brand which has no REAL warranty. If u wanna buy tinted
film, go for those big company one... like rike cool..v kool,
ecotint,,etc.. at least u r assured that won got pro,,and if really not
satisfy..then got place to complain too..
So...cheers for GOOD films... think wise... price is 2nd priority..coz ur
two eye balls will stay on the car all the time.. dun get chipkai!

windscreen and N63 for the rest.. RM 850 for my wira ... Good price (91%
wor)mana ada deal baik macam ini..

hey ahleebaba,
i'm thinking about installing Rike Cool on my car too. called up the guy
Sam, seems like a nice guy where his shop is near Batu Caves.
wud u mind explaining the feeling n driving visibility after installing
rike cool? example heat generated when park under hotsun and aircon
cooling down time as compared to before? is it marginal or great
difference?
any thing i shud be careful of or tell them during the installation
process?
did u get further discount after the price he quoted u over the phone?
wad do u think of n63 on the windshield? u think ok kah?
i wanted something darker on the side windows n sam recommended to apply
a second layer of normal dark tint to get this effect. wad do u think?
thks bro.

ok,,, for tinted films, its to reflect certain amount of Infrared away.
The main criteria to choose a tint film is the kualiti n the supplier's
name. tat's y vkool so the popualar.
About the visibility, i think veli clear, no much diff as compare to
before i put. Then the cooling down time is abit subjective... i can;t
say tat its veli good... but i think tat is some improvement. I think
this is just some marketing strategy to comfort u all after installtion.
the thing u need to becareful ... i think u just wash ur car clean clean
b4 u go,,so that u can see any possible dirt on the car. Then after
install, dun use any chemical based thing to POLISH ur inner side of ur
mirror. Coz ada orang kena blur coz chemical eat the films.
the price.. i think this depends on season n ur car model. My wira sedan
was charged 850... that was last yr Dec. The price mught be lower due to
competion. try to visit more rike cool branch to compare price. U can get
it from the website. Mayb u can try to install 1 week b4 CNY, then the
discount will be greater coz tat guy mau $$$ for CNY mah..
To put n63 on the windshield... ok kua... but JPJ not OK.. coz the
visibility is too low..Som judge ur self.
P/s: if u wanna those 'ya-shui" films, dun go for rike cool coz all the
color they offer is natural color.
To apply a second layer,,, RM will goes up lo.. maybe the whole car will
ost u RM1.5k lo.. But for sure, when u tint the second layer, the
coolness insideis superb@@
so.. pandai pandai la... rike cool ,, right choice
(ask sem to belanja me minum leh if u install it with him)

Hey ahleebaba,
thks bro.. veli good review.. and good good advice. u r so helpful!
i will tell the boss to belanje u drink if u go there again.
i dunno whether i can make it to tint before cny cos going overseas. my
plan is to change the front windshield before going for the tint,
otherwise waste money.
i think i will take up n80 for windshield and n63 for side n back
windows. he also propose i use some normal dark tint for the side windows
cos i prefer them slightly darker. that maybe dun cost much kua..c
hopefully.. anyway, thks.. will post again if i'm a satisfied customer..
