kwltan,
Thanx for the use of your MG Protectant. I find it good and the rear
bumper rubber lining still remains black after 1 week. Other brands I
used last only abt 3 days b4 it becomes whitish again. I even used it on
the metal holder of the rear wiper!

Autori,
I'm happy that you like my MG Protectant. Really this MG products are
good. My Black Magic Tyre-black wet-look gel also very good. I wonder
whether MG wet gel will be even better. May be you want to try that also.

kwltan,
Thanx for offering but not nice la to try so many of your products. I
tried the MG protectant cos all my products dun work satisfactorily. Now I
will look out for that next time I am in MVMM. I am also interested in a
product that will make our rims shiny!! For that I am having Car Plan
Chrome Trim polish, but I find it give average results only. Looking for a
better alternative. If you know of any, you know what to do!

Hi ired,
Long time no hear....since you come out of hibernation to give me that
advice on the rim, how can I not follow?!... I will use my Car Plan
Chrome polish on the rims and then follow that with the waxing. Should be
good,ya? Btw, I still got that small spiderman mark on my screen. Will
wait for my next KL trip and then you gotta tell me where is the fixit
shop near Rothman's roundabout.

ired,
Did my rims today, so b***** hot this afternoon, did only 4 rims, 2 on my
Ria and the other 2 on my other car. Washed it first, then chrome polish
it and finally waxed it. The result is not bad at all, especially on my
other car where the diff was very clearcut. Hope it can last 1-2 weeks
and I'll be happy!
kwltan,
You must be pretty busy these days! I went to MegaMall today, got 3 DVD's
and turn out only 2 are really DVD quality. I got snaked on the Spiderman
2. Actually I went there also to look out for the glass/windscreen shop
there, heard they can replace Ria and Trajet screen there at very
reasonable price!

Autori,
For dvds, u must note the following rules :
New movies titles
- as long as the original film is not officially released on dvd, the copy
will not be clear
- tape @ cinema, print on dvd = not clear
- tape fr sceener copy (either submited by film makers for censorship,
awards, etc & siphoned off for copying or downloaded from the net) = OK
(maybe svcd quality), can see, but not as good as dvd ori copy
Local Dvds
dvd9 @ rm12
dvd9 (false) @ rm8
dvd5 @ rm7
Local resource for dvd is :

ired,
Thanx for the DVD tips. Actually my main DVD source is in Bt.Bintang and
my regular supplier sells DVD9 to me for RM10 flat, & I would say 9 out of
10 are satisfactory & clear. Before that, she sells me DVD5 for RM8 & she
told me that 5 and 9 are the same quality then. However, due to drop in
profit margin, the DVD copiers have all decided to sell mainly DVD9 which
in actual fact is not really 9, but good quality DVD5. So now I pay rm10
for the "DVD-9" which is the same quality as the DVD-5 that I used to buy
b4. However, DVD's of well known singers are sold at higher price. Will
be getting another batch pretty soon. Cheers!
