I'm a teacher and got my car keyed in school ground. Pretty badly. It's a year old car in black pearl. Is there any place I could go to to get the paint job done? Is it reasonable the price charged by the honda sc?

Since your car is new, send back to SC. At least they will have the original paint color. Outside shop may or may not have them as some shops for touch up they rather blend the color themselves
