I stumbled upon this dongle call Carmen.
They claim that Carmen uses predictive technology to catch vehicle issues before they happen. They claim can monitor fault code, battery health, coolant temperature, mileage. They will inform us via SMS & Email when something happens. Best part they don't use GPS tracking. When looking at this, I did some research, other brands all uses GPS to track mileage. How true can this be?

Nothing fancy. It just a OBDII reader device with apps.
