I'm looking for used 2007 Ford Focus 1.8 (A) Ghia Duratec, however have few question really need some help.

1. Since is a used unit what should I pay more attention?
2. What is the common issue for Focus?
3. would it be expensive for maintenance and spare-part?
4. would it be hard to find for the spare part in penang?
5. how the petrol consumption?
