hi there. im having a waja 1.6 campro manual 2007 model. Recently i notice that after a while of driving , or especially when im stuck in traffic jamm.. my clutch pedal when i press it, it is very hard to press.... and after i push is hard on the pedal and changed the gear and let go of the clutch pedal, the kickback of the clutch will be slow.... the pickup of the car is slow when i press the accelerator.... it will take a while for the pickup....

anyone experienced these kind of issues before? please advise.
