Did you use proper radiator coolant?
I think it is due to engine heat problem.
Once, the engine heat reach certain level, the ECU will lower down the engine RPM. so, you will feel some shiver. However, if your radiator cooling system work well, you should not have this problem with your air-con on.
First thing to do, use proper radiotor coolant. The best coolant is the original Citroen coolant that cost about RM2x ~ RM3x per 2 litters. This is pre-mix coolant, which means you do not need to mix with additional water. Fully use this citroen coolant. This coolant got much higher boring temperature.
For typical citroen/peugeot car engine temperature is around 89C and higher temperature during running in high speed.
If you using normal water in your radiator, the water will start boring when the engine heat up to 92C and it will cause less efficient on cooling the engine temperature.
If the problem still happen after you fully use citroen coolant, then you should send to workshop check for the thermostat.
