My wife's polo gti aircon takes about 3 minutes of warm air before the cold air is generated. Anyone experienced the same problem please? What was the fix please?
The car is only a year old.
Also, IMHO, the brakes are very very soft, not at all GTI like. Any ideas please?

Booked 19/6 appointment. Repeat of previous complaint. I would appreciate feedback so that i can press for immediate replacement of the brake discs/pump and the compressor and valves, since these are warranty issues that they regularly try to avoid and wear us consumers down.
