I just want to check with you guys what it's like to own a Ford. Are there any problems with spare parts or maintenance? Do Ford Malaysia provide a good service?

Ford cars are great value for money, this I must say after driving the S Max for about a year. It will be difficult to go back to Japanese cars if you love driving.
The general service (in PJ HQ) is pretty up to mark. You may have to wait for spare parts as Ford Malaysia do not stock up many non wear & tear parts. But if you are looking at Focus, I guess it will be ok as it is made in Thailand.
