Yes, can just buy 1 pc Vacuum Modulator if you blanking off EGR. For those who running EGR, better to change both together.

went to melaka yesterday and neonlee updated new v3.powermap and previously blanked-off egr-deleted and took out 1 vacuum modulator. According to neonlee, the v3.powermap would check also 2 units of vacuum-modulators are working or not. Since I got only 1 vacuum modulator left after blanking off egr, yellow checklight appears after new remapping. So neonlee remodified v3.powermap to prevent checking of vacuum-modulators. So now v3.powermap got: a) vacuum-modulator checking and vacuum-modulator no-checking.

So bro, while the vacuum-modulator checking version is good since it will monitor the performance of the vacuum-modulators, I am "thinking" whether I should put back the "missing" unit? What's your opinion?

Right, it is good to keep the check for VM, so if you have extra VM, better to put it back instead of waiting for it to rot in your toolbox.
