whatever names being called, with iCloud and Dropbox like storage (and concept) and continued revolution in technology, all those pads and notes will be behind time. You just need a "screen" in the future to "operate" when OS and Proccessors can be remotely acquired... cool

Currently, the iPad is deliberately designed to be a cheap, low spec device so that users who consume content can use it while on the go. It is more like an entertainment device.

Notebooks are infinitely more capable and flexible. So it would be hard to replace them unless the iPad evolves into something more heavy duty.

Friends, what can you advise on the preservation of personal data? How to do it as efficiently as possible? The fact is that I want to replace an old hard drive, that has dozens of programs, systems settings and so on, with a new drive. Here I found software that should help me. What advise you guys? What program can be used safely and most effectively?

To be honest, I am not sure on which cloning software to use nowadays. I used to pass mine to a Tech and he mentioned Norton.
Bear in mind, this was a decade ago and not Norton not the best.
