Anyone know how the 5% rebate work?
I know that if you spend RM100 in a monthly will get 5% rebate but how to claim the 5%?

Just go to any T&G office and claim.

The 5% is only for T&G on PLUS Highways only.
You can only claim from PLUS Highway T&G reload centres only
Its different from the 20% rebate for 80+ transactions - that one is all T&G and can claim from any T&G Center

and normally the 5% or 20% rebate amount will be claimed and loaded in to your T&G....so no cash return.

I check TNG website also nothing mentioned on 5% one. Only the 20% rebate for high end user......

or is it smart tag? did not bother to check on this how much rebate or how much are charged cos auto bank reload, hope they dont cheat and overcharged me?

They won't cheat and overcharge, unless it is system problem......

Unlikely to overcharge. But it do happens, only for closed-toll-road system such as PLUS/NKVE and LPT (ECE), and also LRT/Bus ticketing system.
Closed-system is where you need to touch upon entry (no toll deduct here), and then touch again upon exit (toll is calculated and deducted here). If you do not touch either one of it in sequential order SUCCESSFULLY, the maximum toll will be charged. Therefore, must wait for the complete *beep* and show in display that the card is read successfully on both entry and exit.
Due to RF signals, sometimes there are RF communication problem between card and reader, and the data-byte and length are corrupted. Hence, rubbish may read/write and funny transactions can happen, one of it is overcharge.
A complain to Rangkaian Segar to do investigation, will normally revert it within weeks.
Otherwise, you can request for a monthly statement (like bank statement), I think is RM3/mth.

But currently due to heavy use, update is very slow.....
