tak...tukang penyebok jer....

kawan yg try takde....diorang semua pakai piston 62mm keatas....180cc-200cc....

ye block jer....barang dalam baik masuk enjin fzi tros....

tukar blok mmg takde efek...takde tambah laju..sama jer buang duit...ekekekekkeke...

tukar blok dah tentu cc naik laju la sikit adoiyai....kalau tak tahan takkan fzi pakai kot.....

taknak tukar barang dalam tukar motor baru tros yg laju sket....LC ni meter jer laju....

masuk carb ts125 original set cun2 sket...bleh la laju sket dari stended....

Stage One
1 . ceramic coated block with forged piston 62mm ( Rm 300- Rm480)
2 . ori yamaha head mod 19mm exhaust /22mm intake (Rm380 )
3 . racing/fibre crank bearing ( FAG /SKF ) ( RM85 each/ RM65 each ) X 2pcs
4 . racing camshaft ( Rm90-Rm150 depending on brand )
5 . BRT / Rextor racing CDI dual band adjustable ( RM300 above )
6 . SP 28mm carburator or others 28mm carburator but not Keihin Art which is local coz too complicated to set ( SP- RM220 or others . RM220 above depending on brand / model / country of manufactured )
7 . free flow Exhaust with 28mm pipe ( exhaust perang best but illegal ) RM90 - RM 650 depending on brand
8 . rear disc brake set ( Rm 180 above )
Minimum cost of components without labour RM1690
Best with front 80/80 & rear 90/80 tyres with front 15 & rear 37 sporket size for an enjoyable & safe ride .
Stage 2
1 . crank up / jack up crank shaft 4mm or more ( RM380 - Rm500 deping on brand but beware coz it'll have a much shorter life span then ori but will sure produce more torque /hp ) / another cheaper alternative , crankup pin accordingly to your perferance 4mm ,6mm ....ect
2 . racing gear set - 1st , 2nd & 4th gear ( RM130 above ) or racing gear box ( RM480 - Rm650 depending on brand )
3 . racing clutch housing ( Rm 80 above )
3 . racing cluctch plate ( Rm45 above depending on brand & material )
Sure can max out 180km/hr on the Lc meter but also depending on your throttle respond skills & gears shifting skills.
Hope these info will help . Labour will depend on the mechanic with minimum labour wages of at least Rm300 . Minimum time needed for completion at least 8.5 hours excluding addtional 1-2 hours for setting the main jet & pilot jet of the carburator to the minimum correct sizes estimate 37.5-38 size or above & 125-135 size or above ) + tuning the engine .
30/07/2013-Tues . Met a former Pasir Gudang Circuit kapcai champion in 120cc & 150cc categories who now own a garage yesterday ( meet thru performance parts supplier ) . Accordingly to him ,for daily drivng + performance ,the best combination for Lc135 is 62mm Shark block & piston ( cheap but good in performance ) , Uma Racing 28mm carburator ( easy to rev & no need to shift gears all the time to rev up )+ Faito S4 Evo cam ( cheap & versatile - low ,mid & high ) .And rear sporket size 35 or 37 with front sporket size 15 . Can easily max out 180km/hr with these combinations of performance components parts with right setting & tuning .As for exhaust can use back the original muffler with a bigger diameter manifold pipe ( quiet & won't kacau by TP or JPJ ). important for the exhaust joints , the welding must be done by torch /gas . In order to set accurately the main & pilot jets + carb tuning ,the new block & piston have to run in / bedding for 1500km first before the 2nd installation of the cam ( that's where the jets setting & carb tuning comes in ) . Reason is the new block & piston might be damaged during high rev at setting & tuning time Needs a 2nd carb tuning & jets setting after another 6K km to 8K km mileage for a more better performance & f/c .That is for you , guys to judge .Just sharing my bits .
