Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Boosts Presence With Opening Of Cheras Autohaus

Subsequent to officially launching its headquarters, Wisma Mercedes-Benz, which also houses other entities of the Daimler group such as Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia, Daimler TSS, Daimler Commercial Vehicles as well as the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MBM) and its authorized dealer, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (C&C), celebrated yet another significant milestone in their long-standing partnership with the launch of the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras Autohaus (C&C Cheras).

Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras AutohausWith a built-up size of 48,642 square feet, C&C Cheras features a showroom area large enough for 15 showroom vehicles and a service area with 7 work bays. With RM 16 million invested in this full-fledged 3S facility to serve customers in this part of Kuala Lumpur, C&C Cheras is one part of Cycle & Carriage Bintang’s RM 155 million investment in the central region of Malaysia.

This is the 12th Mercedes-Benz Autohaus opened by C&C and the 30th for the Mercedes-Benz brand. It is staffed by 40 experienced personnel covering sales, technical services and spare parts, and is capable of servicing 300 vehicles a month to cope with the brand’s growing customer base.

In addition, the Autohaus also offers Service Differentiation – a menu of customised personalized services for customer convenience and tailored after sales services depending on their lifestyle. Taking customer relationship to the next level, C&C Cheras has implemented mobile retail – by moving its after-sales processes to a digital platform thereby allowing the after sales personnel to increase face time with  customers.

With customer comfort in mind, C&C Cheras features an i-Showroom lounge which includes digital touch screens for user-friendly information of the latest Mercedes-Benz products and its sales processes. Incorporated with lifestyle elements, C&C Cheras features a centre courtyard for natural lighting ambience and a café for those who need a quick bite.

Established in 1899, C&C embarked on the Mercedes-Benz brand journey in 1951. Presently C&C has ramped up its sales and after-sales commitment with its presence in 12 locations nationwide.
