Chevrolet gives Colorado teaser image ahead of Bangkok debut
Chevrolet will be unveiling a new version of its Colorado pick-up at the upcoming 32nd Bangkok Motor Show, which will start on 25 March 2011. Thailand was chosen as the site for this truck’s global debut due to the segment’s popularity in the country’s market – accounting for 43% of vehicles sold there.
The Colorado will go on sale in Thailand later this year, and its entry into Malaysia was also mooted as early as March last year, when the Naza Group of Companies was signed as the official Chevrolet distributor in Malaysia. Currently, Chevrolet’s line-up of vehicles in Malaysia consist of only the Cruze and Captiva, with the Orlando MPV set to arrive later this year as well.
