Renault Service Hub
Ask any new car buyer and they will tell you that the after sales service is just as important as the product itself. Since the establishment of the Renault brand in Malaysia under TC Euro Cars in 2003, the Renault Service Hub has been in operation to cater to all the maintenance needs of Renault cars in Malaysia.
Centrally located in Section 13 of Petaling Jaya, the fully equipped Renault Workshop has the technical capability to service and repair any Renault vehicle. Specially trained Renault technicians work in each of the 15 work bays to keep all customer vehicles working in tip-top condition.
Customers can relax in absolute air-conditioned comfort while waiting for their cars to be serviced. The waiting lounge is also Wi-fi and Astro equipped. A complimentary shuttle service is provided for customers unable to wait for their cars at the workshop.
Two technical coordinators (co-techs) are stationed at the PJ Service Hub. These co-techs are certified by Renault after having undergone 3 months of training in Singapore. The co-techs are charged with overlooking all the technical aspects of Renault vehicle maintenance and repair. There are a total of 6 co-techs throughout Malaysia. They are assisted by a team of Electro-Mechanics, whom are also Renault certified after undergoing training in Singapore.
Renault owners outside the Klang Valley can also enjoy the same level of attention on their cars by certified Renault technicians. The nationwide network of Renault Service Centers can be found in the following cities:

Spare parts supply is through the same extensive network that also supplies parts for Nissan. Forty-four branches throughout the country ensure prompt and constant supply of original Renault parts.
Managed and operated by Tan Chong Express Auto Service (TCEAS), Renault vehicles are in good hands. With 54 years in the business, and as a ISO 9001:2008 registered company, TCEAS is equipped to handle all sorts of automotive service requirements, from minor maintenance work to major collision repairs. Backed by a 900 strong workforce and a network of 44 workshops throughout Malaysia, TCEAS strives to constantly exceed customer expectations.
RENAULT SPORT ENGINEERS
A team of Renault Sport (RS) Engineers has been set up to provide dedicated attention and care for Renault Sport vehicles. This is a service for all Renault Sport customers to keep their vehicles in the best condition possible.
The Renault Sport brand has grown from strength to strength since its launch in 2008. Beginning with the Renault Sport Megane R26, the Renault Sport Clio RS, and the 2010 Renault Sport Megane RS 250 Cup, Renault Sport vehicles are bought by purists and enthusiasts who are passionate about the machines they drive. They push their cars to the limit on track, and drive their cars hard on a regular basis. This enthusiasm towards the brand is what makes the Renault Sport community such a unique group of drivers. The RS Engineers were set up to ensure that dedicated attention and service is accorded to these Renault Sport vehicles.
The RS Engineers will serve as the single point of contact for all Renault Sport vehicle maintenance and repair related matters. Every Renault Sport vehicle that leaves the workshop needs to receive a Quality Control Certificate by the RS Engineers, failing which the car will need to be re-checked for any other faults. The RS Engineers are also tasked with overseeing all maintenance and repair work carried out on Renault Sport models, ensuring that all the components of the vehicle are operating within manufacturers’ specification. Should the need arise; the RS Engineers can also be deployed off-site for assistance.
RS Engineers have at their disposal a fully equipped Renault Technical Assistance vehicle for off-site repairs. RS engineers also have direct access to the Renault Technical Center in Korea, with support from Renault Sport in Dieppe, France.
Future plans for the RS engineers include international exposure in major Renault Sport markets. Specialized Renault Sport training in these markets would allow our RS engineers to tap into the experience of other RS engineers around the world, to better serve local Renault Sport customers.
The RS Engineers team comprises of Mr Zulhelmi and Mr Luqman. Mr Zulhelmi is a certified Renault Co-Tech with 12 years experience in the automotive industry. Having graduated from the then Federal Institute of Technology, Mr Zulhelmi has spent 7 years of his career specializing in Renault vehicles under TC Euro Cars. He has overseen Pre-Delivery Inspection of all new vehicles, as well as being the Technical Trainer for new Renault models and technologies. He is also the technical advisor for all Renault branches in Malaysia.
Armed with a qualification from the Malaysia France Institute in Automotive Maintenance Technology, Mr Luqman has 6 years of practical experience in the automotive industry. He brings with him a broad based work experience, having worked for National, German and Japanese automotive players specializing in vehicle maintenance, repair and trouble shooting. He also has extensive knowledge in Renault Spare Parts and Renault Sport models, having worked very closely with the Renault Service Hub since his employment in TC Euro Cars.
Renault Sport cars -high performance machinery that often operate at the upper thresholds of the limit. Having dedicated and specialist care would ensure that these cars remain in top condition for many more years of motoring enjoyment.
