A Club for Auto Bavaria Customers
Auto Bavaria, the main BMW dealer in Malaysia, has announced the launch of the Auto Bavaria Privilege Club as part of its new customer relationship management (CRM) initiative designed to further strengthen its leadership position as the largest and most established authorised BMW dealer in the country.
The Auto Bavaria Privilege Club is a value-added programme whose membership is available exclusively to customers who purchase a BMW or a MINI, be it a new or an approved used unit, from any of Auto Bavaria’s eight branches nationwide. Members enjoy a host of benefits and privileges such as courtesy cars (for members whose cars are still under warranty), priority for service appointments booked online, service from a ‘personal’ mechanic, discounted tickets to special events and monthly contests that offer attractive prizes.
For a start, new members can look forward to winning an all-expense paid weekend getaway with the new BMW 530i to the award-winning Pangkor Laut Resort in the inaugural Auto Bavaria Privilege Club contest. In conjunction with the launch of the club, Auto Bavaria has also unveiled a newly revamped website which will serve as a main platform for interacting with club members.
While the user-friendly website is designed to cater to anyone seeking information on the latest BMW models that are officially available in Malaysia and those wishing to find out more about Auto Bavaria, club members can access the Auto Bavaria Privilege Club via a special secure ‘members only’ section at the website.
According to Auto Bavaria Managing Director Dato’ Tunku Putra Badlishah bin Tunku Annuar, the Auto Bavaria Privilege Club was aimed at creating and delivering value to differentiate the company from the competition.
“The launch of this unique and exclusive programme is another step forward for us as we consolidate our position as the preferred dealer for customers who want to experience the sheer driving pleasure of a BMW. As it is now, we already have the most established infrastructure, unmatched experience and expertise after having invested in building the BMW brand into a highly desirable luxury brand in Malaysia for the past 15 years,” he said.
Dato’ Tunku Badlishah said that by creating the Auto Bavaria Privilege Club in ‘virtual’ form, the company could leverage on the flexibility, speed and reach of the Internet to communicate and interact with its customers more effectively.
Auto Bavaria is a division of Tractors Malaysia (1982) Sdn Bhd which is part of the Sime Darby Group. It is the largest BMW dealer in Malaysia, with eight branches nationwide and the exclusive MINI dealer for Malaysia.
