Isuzu Opens New 3S Centre In Kuantan; Operated By Dynamic Motors
Isuzu Malaysia has expanded its nationwide presence with the opening of a brand-new 3S Centre in Kuantan, Pahang, operated by Dynamic Motors Sdn Bhd. The facility brings a modern customer experience to the East Coast, reflecting the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI) and offering full sales, service, and spare parts support.
Located in the Semambu industrial area on Jalan Industri Semambu 1, the new centre sits on a 3,500 square-metre plot with a 1,700 square-metre building. The ground floor is fully dedicated to customer services, including a spacious covered driveway for vehicle drop-offs, a lounge with swivel and café-style seating, and refreshments such as a coffee machine and stocked chiller. 
Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, who officiated the opening, said the new outlet was timely to support the growing number of Isuzu vehicles in Malaysia. “While Isuzu prides itself with delivering quality vehicles that offer an immense level of dependable, reliable and efficient performance, we need to remain steadfast in creating a truly satisfying ownership experience. With new and comprehensive outlets such as this latest Isuzu 3S Centre in Kuantan, we hope that our customers will be able to enjoy an elevated level of attention and service,” he said.
The showroom accommodates up to two display vehicles, with the flagship Isuzu D-Max taking centre stage. Customers can also explore model options through a colour palette display, electronic brochures, and even a Virtual Reality experience. Test drives are also available. 
In addition to the Isuzu D-Max pick-up and Isuzu Elf light-duty truck range, the Dynamic Motors Isuzu 3S Centre is certified as an Isuzu Medium Heavy Duty (MHD) outlet. This allows it to sell and service the complete range of Isuzu commercial vehicles, including the Forward medium-duty and Giga heavy-duty trucks.
