Earlier this month, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia celebrated a night of recognition for its top partners at the Retail Partner of the Year 2023 Award ceremony. This event honours the achievements and commitment of the Mercedes-Benz retail partners to providing excellent customer service.

The awards ceremony recognised leading retail partners for their outstanding contributions. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia took the opportunity to also reiterate its commitment to continuous improvement and investment in its extensive network of retail partners nationwide, ensuring the creation of value for consumers.

The awards ceremony featured 6 categories, each highlighting retail partners’ operational excellence in different areas i.e. Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rater, and the most coveted of all – Retail Partner of The Year 2023.

This year, Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi distinguished itself by claiming the prestigious title of Retail Partner of The Year, along with notable victories for the Best in CSI 5 Star Rater and the Best in Financial Services, demonstrating outstanding performance across various parameters. Meanwhile, NZ Wheels Johor Bahru secured the Best in Sales award, while Hap Seng Star Setia Alam excelled in the Best in Customer Service category. Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Juru / Bukit Tengah took home the Best in Business Excellence award.
