Liberty General Insurance Berhad has introduced its Digital Roadside Assistance (DRA) feature which offers one-tap convenience for roadside assistance. This new feature is designed to give Malaysian drivers a seamless and convenient experience when handling road emergencies. It also provides real-time status on towing and repair of their vehicles.

This new feature enhances the user experience by providing efficient post-emergency assistance. Seamlessly integrated into various individual digital platforms, the DRA offers practical functionalities for comprehensive accident management guidance and streamlined claims procedures.

Furthermore, there is a fully digital end-to-end process that includes electronic notification of loss, assignment, and approval of workshops for necessary vehicle repairs. Users will be notified of completed repairs via text message. For appraisals, Liberty’s DRA employs visual AI combined with human expertise, allowing for remote vehicle assessments through video. Additionally, you will receive updates on your claims at every stage of the process, ensuring a transparent view of the entire claims journey.
