Parallel Import Audis Can Get Official Aftersales Support
By introducing the Audi Recognition Plan, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) is officially offering aftersales support for parallel import Audi vehicles. This plan supports owners of these imported Audis with such benefits as Audi Plus, Audi Insurance Plan, Audi Repair Package and Beyond Economic Repair Support, which includes genuine parts, maintenance, repair and service for a better customer experience, while ensuring continued top-range performance and safety.
However, to be eligible for the plan, vehicles bought from parallel importers must first be evaluated through a complimentary detailed 300-point Audi Condition Check (ACC) at any Audi Centre. Depending on the outcome of the evaluation, owners will then be enrolled in the Audi Recognition Plan, which includes the following:
- Audi Plus : this package offers savings on service, repair, parts and maintenance for vehicles 5 years and older. After signing up, owners will receive 3 vouchers which are applicable within a period of 3 years that entitles them to a 10% discount on service maintenance, as well as 12 months Audi Roadside Assistance from the date of voucher redemption.
- Audi Insurance Plan : this is designed exclusively to enhance the ownership experience with comprehensive coverage. Benefits include prioritised claim approval, 12 months complimentary Audi Roadside Assistance for cars above 5 years, and assurance that repair work is conducted at authorised Audi body and paint centres by qualified technicians – all in accordance with global Audi repair standards and with only genuine parts used. Partner insurers are Allianz General Insurance Berhad, MSIG Insurance (M) Berhad, Etiqa General Takaful Berhad and Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad.
- Audi Repair Package : Owners can enjoy 30% discount on items such as brake set, absorbers set, bearing set and timing belt for vehicles 6 years and older.
- Beyond Economic Repair Support : This feature provides 20% discount on selected parts on vehicles that are severely damaged due to untoward incidents. This special support programme reiterates Audi’s commitment for owners to restore their vehicles back to pristine condition after going through a proper assessment by Audi’s trained Body & Paint partner and technician before any repair work can commence.
