Customised Aston Martin DBX Intrepid Aura Edition Launched In Malaysia
Shortly after its official launch in Malaysia, Aston Martin Kuala Lumpur has introduced a customised DBX – the Aston Martin DBX Intrepid Aura edition.
The DBX was launched in Malaysia last month and represents a new kind of Aston Martin, one founded on the same principles of beauty, luxury and driving dynamics, but redefined by its SUV styling. It is built on brand new, all-Aston Martin architecture and powered by a 4.0L twin turbo V8 engine with 542 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. Its 0 – 100 km/h sprint is done in 4.5 seconds and it reaches 291 km/h.
This Intrepid Aura customisation creates a bold and assertive take on Sport using contrasts of reflective Yellow Tang, Ceramic Blue, Stratus White or Lime Essence with the ambient depth of Black leather. With the contrast of Electron Yellow stitching, Blue stitching, Chancellor Red stitching or Lime Green stitching as an accent and contrast to the dark coloured interior.

The DBX SUV relates to the Aston Martin DB heritage and bears the initials of David Brown, who defined what an Aston Martin should be and whose vision is still followed by the company to this day. Incidentally, it was David Brown who had the idea for a luxury SUV in the 1950s. He even built a prototype years before anyone else. The DBX remains true both to his name and vision of creating an Aston Martin for multiple terrains.
The Aston Martin DBX is available from the base price of RM818,000. On the other hand, the Aston Martin DBX Intrepid Aura is available from RM 958,000 (both prices stated exclude duties and taxes).
